Payment

At this time we do not accept personal checks, money orders or any other form of payment. 

Our credit card service providers, Shopify Payments and Stripe allows us to accept credit card payments, however, do note that there may be an international charge on your credit card and a surcharge for American Express.

If you have a promotion code, please enter it in the shopping cart page in the ‘Discount’ field and click on ‘Apply’. Please check the expiry date of your promotion code before using it. Please note that you cannot use more than one promotion code for the same purchase order.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request. 

EXCHANGE RATES

Your order will be charged in USD and converted by whatever payment type you paid with at the exchange rate they designate. If you want to know what the exchange rate is before you buy contact your credit card company or PayPal. For general exchange rates check out this site → http://www.xe.com/.

PRICE CHANGES

The prices of the products will be as displayed on the Website. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed in the Order Confirmation.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Digital Products: As the digital product order is fulfilled immediately you will not be able to cancel your order.

Physical products: You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed...generally 24 hours. Once the order is transferred to our fulfilment provider (for printed products), you will receive, via email, an order confirmation. A shipping confirmation that contains tracking information once a product is shipped. Then the Returns Policy will apply.

WaldenArts Publishing may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
